I'm currently looking for my first deal so It's hard to imagine what to put in credibility packet when all the skills I have are not real estate related.I guess what I'm asking is how do you make people like lenders and other investors believe in you as much as you do?

I recommend that bidders should always approach any skillful & responsible conversation with the assumption that listing agents know what the buyer needs to know, and more times than not they do.

If someone can find a free mentor, they trust, that has capital and success, they by all means that is the way to go.Providing free mentorship seems to be by a limited number of people, if the requests and notable lack of response means anything on Bigger Pockets.And why should we expect successful, skilled people to give up their time for "investors" who show a 95% failure and drop out rate?
