anyone have any experience with Walter Wofford and his short term rental education programs?

These loans are short-term as you mentioned, typically 12 months, so you'll need to refinance before that balloon comes due.

Life it too short to teach people that won't follow through...or to spend money learning stuff that you won't apply.
