I liked the podcast quite a bit but wouldn’t consider much of what he seems to be doing real estate investing.While I agree with his strategies for himself I don’t think it’s what many on here are capable or interested in doing.That being said I love his stuff and liked the information he presented in the podcast!

They don't realize she's working 50-hour weeks, she has 20 years experience, and her husband has a full-time job capable of supporting them during slow periods.It can be good money but it takes 2-3 years to really build a business and be successful which is why nearly 90% will quit before getting there.

I would not invest in a Multi-family unless you are prepared and capable of doing the renovation and management.
