Quickly I realized this wholesaler was basically short shifting me, as I was the one putting the leg work in and finding the deals, not to mention handling the legal transaction.

But that is very tight...we just bought a very similar property but were doing a 1031 with considerably more capital...I dont know everyone says dont wait for a market shift to buy but i dont see how it makes sense to keep investing unless you have a ton of capital...

It's hard to know if the article got the projection right quantitatively, but Indy has not been a growth market and so directionally that part looks correct.Macro-level, the drivers to to growth markets are population shifts that are ocurring and a lot of people in northern states/cities have relocated to TX, FL, GA, NC, etc.
