Again, they likely won't have patience for someone representing themselves who doesn't know the process;- Include a scanned copy of an earnest money check and either proof of funds or a pre-qualification letter (if you're getting financing);- Either fax or email the completed offer to the agent (depending on their preference);- Wait to hear something back.- If the offer is countered or there are multiple offers, the agent will email or call you.

Up until now I've been printing the entire addendum, signing & initialing and then scanning the entire thing back into the computer to send back to the bank.I would gladly use a product like Cute PDF if I could scan and insert a single signature page, but the addendums I've seen also require you to initial every page and sign in multiple places, so that won't work.I was looking into the option of a digital signature and digital initials, but according to this article many banks won't accept those.

Converting some of the downstairs into a master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite, 50 % new roof, new floors throughout, paint, finishing a sunroom, refinished kitchen and baths.ARV: $189,000 1)In looking at the pics, you really need to have a good general contractor take a look at the sub-floor structures as it look like it suffered from severe water damage. 2) If you have not already, you should budget new engineered flooring because even if some of it is salvageable, you're not going to be able to match it up. 3) Going to convert downstairs space into a master?
