Things were perfectly fine until I started getting complaints from other guests.The complaints were: Loud talking during quiet hours, moldy food or cluttered food in common space refrigerator, frequent use of laundry room and late hours use, cooking food at late hours, eating all the ice in the refrigerator, leaving clothes and items in the common space.

Trash all the refrigerator/freezer food and remove any pets.

Concierge service: plug in refrigerator prior to trip to cool down, check tire pressure and oil, Park and Pull out, Clean out, Wash, dump, 5. 

They even agree that my response was timely and the delay beyond my control because of national shortages of refrigerators etc.

My husband has been challenging me about saving money and he tells me that’s where the ultimate freedom comes from by being a able to live in very little.He thinks that making more money by default causes more work because one has to manage the assets and money and he thinks the ultimate freedom comes from figuring out a way to live on very little.Some of the things I started doing that I think are having a significant impact include not going grocery shopping till refrigerator is empty and also plan the cooking so we don’t cook food on top of food and that way manage from a grocery standpoint.
