(bad place for a crawl space obviously, but it is covered nicely with a trap door that we refinished)Is there anyone with experience in a situation like this that has a solution that could put both us and the buyers at ease? 

I'll refinish the cabinet doors and upgrade the handles and drawer pulls on my own.

Authorized a few small projects that our good tenant wanted to complete, refinished the bathtub, sprayed for pests/bugs, and cleaned up the outside of the property.

These are large floor sanding machines typically used to take deeper scratches out of solid wood flooring prior to refinishing.

We almost always do a top to bottom, so the range is a result of a few things: keeping cabinets or getting new ones, new or old appliances, refinish or new counters, 1 or 2 bedroom.
