Interview three local, experienced Agents- and go with the one that gives you the most bang for your buck, has at least 10 years in the business, and has solid referrals.

It’s mostly sifting through the nonsense and making A LOT of calls and asking for a lot of referrals until you get people that don’t kill you.  

We consider looking for or offering products, properties, services, referrals, recommendations, or loans to be advertising according to our forum rules.

It will pay dividends.Ask for referrals on contractors for everything.

I have gotten them door knocking, cold calling, direct mailing, referrals, and yes even the MLS!

The most reliable ones are going to be referrals from your personal/ professional network.

Going to be listing a new property soon by Lake Winnisquam in NH and Im looking for some recommendations /referrals for photographers & cleaners that specialize in ABnb / vacation rental property listings.Ideally they would have a lot of experience with short term rentals for both since they are much different than residential house cleanings and regular real estate photography for MLS listing.Anything helps!
