THAN we have our infrastructure, the physical offices, computers, software, electricity, heating, rent, cleaning, cost of hiring staff as recruitment is not free, than compliance staff who do not actively run files but keep our leases up to date TO PROTECT YOU, communicate with the dozens of local regulations, vendor management, vendor recruitment, accounting staff, on and on and on and on.

@Karrie StricklandFinding the broker is pretty easy, most of them are trying to recruit agents.I called around to some of the brokers and asked to see if it would be good to meet to see if we gel.Instead of thinking they are interviewing you, it is good to be prepared to have questions lined up for them.
