Account Closed Depends on how the algo's are structured...I use Core Logic and find them to be fairly accurate...truth be told, it's impossible to produce AVM's and be accurate long term...especially in a rapidly changing market.

Columbus is a tough city to learn just because of the rapid transition and expansive growth...it's pretty hard to get an unbiased opinion on many of the neighborhoods.

I've been in the action sports world my entire life, emergency medicine requires extremely rapid cost/benefit analysis and living with the decisions.

We attribute it to a rapid increase in available rentals as more people jump into what was only last year a profitable market.
