I have at this point had extensive conversations with the business strategist, the CPA tax manager, the head of book keeping, and a point of contact that helps navigate you around to where you need to go and I have only once received somewhat conflicting advice on the overall strategy, which to me isn't too bad for having that many people collaborating from all different angles.

This could include offering special discounts to guests at nearby restaurants (easy to execute with a QR Code), collaborating with a spa for guest packages, or sponsoring events that cater to your target demographic.Finally, don't underestimate the power of local art for retaining guests. 

Instead, it appears to prioritize rehab teams that are more interested in low-quality flips rather than meeting investor expectations.In summary, it's a suitable option if you're fine with fixing issues later, which becomes inevitable when projects are not given the proper attention, and teams resist feedback – a situation I'm currently facing.
