A great sponsor can save a deal that goes a little wonky.A poor sponsor will screw up the best of deals.Sponsor number one consideration in my mind.

U did need to be in the bizz qualified and  it had to be new and you as buyer are the first person to put it into production..

The ones that are important are the ones about the product.
