Our listing makes it clear that we live upstairs and that the washer / dryer & garden patio are shared resources. 

Yard, fencing, patio, deck, etc.

I revamped the basics of a patio(the floor, paint, fencing, lightning) on a property and would really like to stage it with outdoor furniture.

If moisture is coming up through the ground, line it with plastic.

I had one nice single family tenant that was smoking on the patio and irritated the neighbor, I found out after they moved out so it was a mute issue at that point.

We had our kitchen cabinets painted in the house we live in and they are a manufactured wood product with a wood grain plastic-y kind of veneer.  

It slipped out of the plastic thing that encloses it.   

@Jordan FreemanI don't like about condos are a HOAsthey get in my way doing so seller financing , and doing Rent To OwnThey can be really a pain in the *** regarding individual decoration outside your unit, as in having a grill or barbecue on your patio or balcony, don't hang towels out there!

Sherwin Williams has an excellent adhesion primer for vinyl & plastics that we use for vinyl siding and vinyl shutters that works really well for us in GA.
