I think the furnishings ended up coming out really clean, we were thrifty with doing it but between that and the professional photos it made the property show really well.

There are (or at least were) some brokers who would take a nominal fee to list a property on the MLS and do nothing else.

In your case you have a lot of losses in the time you own the property but these losses transfer through to your personal tax return, so you can recover some of it and not have to count the full nominal amount.

The Evolve owner dashboard was pretty good; it has a calendar where you can easily see when guests book your property and allow you to block off dates for yourself if you like.The downside was that I didn’t have as much control in managing the actual listing, and I felt the quality of the photos, captions, and listing descriptions wasn’t all that great initially.  

Start by looking at properties sold within a mile of the property, and through the photos, description, and history, you can tell it's a flip.

Buyers and Sellers pay me for my skills, not for the number of minutes spent shuffling paperwork or posting some photos in the MLS.

As I put our information out there as to what we were seeking... we have been contacted (emails) whose information are difficult to verify. maybe has only one photo on Facebook and no other information, their Corporations are inactive, or the perhaps with time differences you receive emails at 2 a.m.

Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?
