Your time is ticking, so you don't have this leverage as maybe your neighbor selling conventional way with some equity in and in fair market value.With all due respect to all agents out there doing also negotiations work on their listings by themself I saw better results with more short sales closed when agent was doing salesman part and short sale hassles get outsourced to the attorney to perform with legal and negotiation part.Your choice.

I to take on a lot myself and have found myself delegating and outsourcing more and more but the tradeoff is that my skills have grown where I find many more issues on my walkthriugh and can get such a price in that it makes perfect sense to hire out the work that is not worth my time.Good luck Steve

But I'd imagine you guys outsource most of that work - and I'm just up the road in Westminster.  

I am not the most tech save person so I am very happy outsource this.

We want to perfect our processes, streamline our operation and outsource where it makes sense to free us up to plan and strategize.

Do whatever you find best for you, we sub contract and divide labor as well as to outsource completely a project, I don't think there is a perfect way or a better way to manage contractors and sub contractors, what we do is that we make sure we have written contracts with all of them to make sure the scope of work is clearly defined.
