Albeit it’s winter in Ohio and i prefer working inside and have plenty of indoor work needing done.

I'm in Northeast Ohio and am also seeing a huge slowdown in activity across the board.

Oh and no garage (converted to ADU with bathroom and kitchen) and a carport instead. 

The length varies by lender/state, some states (like OH and PA) have rules around prepayment penalties.
