I don't see how C4D leans either way, buyer or seller, it has no natural leaning. 

Lenexa feels a bit too pricey for me, but Olathe seems to be growing, so that wouldn’t be a bad option either.

To managed it a bit easier (when you grow to more than a dozen), it'll be better to have one online login and manage all 'child' accounts.
