I'm on the board of CFRI, the local chapter of the National REIA and would love to have to come out to one of our over 2 dozen meetings we have each month.You would add instant value to us and think you gain some as well. 

Not sure if that matters for the national programs.

Not guaranteed, but very safe and boring national level companies that will not go out of business anytime soon.

Don't waste your time or sanity on the larger national banks like B of A, Us Bank, etc.

Other cities seem to embrace it....think Myrtle Beach Area, A1A area, Smokies, Joshua Tree, Ski Resorts, Branson....probably almost every national park is overwhelmed with visitors the past few years.   

I know there is a few areas in Ohio that are top cash flow cities on the national list but let’s talk about football.

I'd be talking to at least 10 national lenders from biggerpockets and have your land appraised. you better have permits in hand, entitlements. complete, etc. sounds like it's too early to be talking about financing.

All of this info is predicated on what you want out of your investments, cash flow is tight statewide, so we've counted on appreciation for the last few years, which is down this year, but still well above the national average.
