I do not see the realization on a large scale yet; most would rather believe the easy lie perpetuated by politicians and media and bankers and real estate pros (NAR statistics, sorry for offending any straight shooting real estate people, but so many are clueless and lie) who push housing as the best investment, retirement/'investment managers, etc.

Furthermore, your own organization the NAR reported that 89% of homeowners, purchase through a realtor. 

It seems like a prime opportunity to give back a little to gain a lot~ I thought this program was also being promoted by the guys from NARS or are you guys doing this in connection with NARS?

NAR also includes sexual orientation and gender identity in their Fair Housing Policy, but that only applies to Realtors and is not a 'law'.

You should run that question by the NAR. 

NAR, from the NAR president down to realtors who were in foreclosure themselves, were promoting house buying all through the collapse.

I give advise based on my experiences along that spectrum, I try to take in the norm of thinking nationally, based on reviewing matters by attorneys in other states, federal regulatory views, HUD, the NAR and ALTA along with other national associations.

Because of the confusion, and buyers thought they were being taken advantage of, there's recently been cases where large brokerages, and even the NAR have been sued.

Does this policy only apply to NAR members?
