There's a lot of fools putting people in harm's way by moving them in to units that have serious safety concerns, like loose hot wires, no smoke detectors, failing exhaust ducting and more.

It's difficult to read the situation because rates are in uncharted territory so it is interesting to see the PE & Hedge funds chasing yields.If rates pop up, congress talks about reinstating mark to market, or any number of things occur things will become interesting again.I am in the camp that we are in a "oddly tight" market right now with all signs of bubble "cant lose" mentality - that being said it could go either way depending on Govt policies and bank/gse behavior.I think Tom Juhn that if it does not feel right, exercise extreme caution.

And there goes the mentality of the true belivers again, blame the President when he didn't protect Americans overseas.....well, let's put the other showe on, the last Republican President couldn't even protect thousands of Americans on our own soil!

Instead, they prepare you only to get your first job and impart a general "employee" mentality, a perception that life is really only about a series of escalating job positions and promotions.

Far as the pet questions etc -I think it's just a case of tenant mentality...ie - "I know you said no pets, but my pit is sooo cute.."..."

I would however like to make like this one day, using the buy and rent back mentality.
