However I am also sort of house hacking the main house (upstairs).

@Adolphus Fletcher - If you're main goal is to build business credit there are different avenues to do so including: obtaining and unsecured line of credit for the business, applying for a business credit card, applying for business accounts such as Home Depot/Lowes, etc...

The main drivers that go into pricing are LTV, DSCR ratio, and FICO.

I rely mainly on pay stubs.

Helens now to be fair he is quite brilliant at construction owns a HUGE underground construction company that he sold to his employees  and loves these type of off the main stream projects and has put many hours into it.. and not made a dime LOL.. he donated one of the fully built homes to the local collage..

LLC is mainly about liability protection.

We'll still look at a multifmaily deal here and there, particularly if there's a retail component, but not currently our main focus.
