Are there limits to the “look back” for primary home exemption?

I’ll admit the fear of failure and unknown holds me back regardless of goes many articles or reports I read or deals I look at.during this search hundreds and hundreds of ads come through for training/mentorship style groups.

Most likely the new lender is going throught the foreclosure process and typically will end up taking the property back.The original posters chances of getting this property back now is slim to none as it will be sold at market value.  

I left CA for OH 30 years ago and never looked back.

This is a the perfect vehicle to use for short term like buying a  property with cash, then refinancing the property to pay the line of credit back in full, and use it again.   

My husband is a high income W2 earner, and meeting active criteria would put some of our tax dollars back in our pocket.

I jumped back into school while using my home inspection business to feed my family.

There are the asset backed (DAI, EOSDT) as examples, but while they generally keep their peg (flux of a few cents), there's also the issue with Terra-Luna, and how it lost it's peg.
