SOS......I closed on my investment property last Thursday, lawyer, title co, realtors paid and keys handed over to buyer but the wire from the bank ( the title company uses) keeps getting rejected by my investment company.

There are syndication/crowdfunding funds currently being launched now which intend to take over deals from syndicators/operators (where those same owners would otherwise have to turn the keys over to the bank).Generally the ones in trouble are those that structured too aggressively (high debt, floating rate, etc).

I would buy something closer to turn key if you can, even if you pay up, because it will reduce the work you have to do and figure out as a new large-scale investor.
