@Joe GeistYou don't really "borrow from the cash flow" in an isolated fashion. 

Ours was not an isolated incident.Other fake websites, representing seemingly legitimate lenders, have appeared with the same phone number.

Some flippers do this so it isolates the liabiilty, and when the property is sold they dissolve the LLC. 

This is not isolated to one broker unfortunately. 

This helps isolate the people that find the real estate investing content interesting.

If not, are they isolated so that you can get a close match to the current colour and just paint a few walls? 

I guess I could understand if it were 1 or 2 if those properties had some sort of sentimental value to someone who has that kind of money, but it's happening far too often to be isolated events.

You will notice that something changes inside of you after 4 or 5 days: you are actually starting to relax - good thing is you have another 2 weeks ;-) Are those small Greek islands isolated as for as private?
