You don't want to pay $85 a month for collection servicing while the house is in foreclosure and there is nothing to do but wait.You could put it under $15/mo no collection servicing and be on the safe side.That's just my opinion and should not be interpreted as legal advice, business advice etc.

This could be interpreted as negligent, inconsiderate, incompetent, but nothing is going to change until somebody gets a bill, or the threat of a bill, or the landlord gets a code violation, or the landlord stops getting paid.
