You are often able to speak with the decision makers (underwriters) as opposed to working with BofA for example where you are just a number.

There are hundreds of markets that could work for you.....the difference maker is having someone with boots on the ground there that can be your eyes and ears.  

I'm not so sure if I should even consider it but it got me thinking about cats more.It sounds like these cats are declawed but 15 years old... all I can think about is those two trouble makers puking all over the place, but you can clean up puke.
