I know on my iPhone I can attach 2 numbers but I know there’s other options out there...also is there a program I can send out a mass text to everyone(is it legal)

I have an iphone 13 and used the .5 zoom setting to take pictures, which made a massive difference as I was able to get the entirety of even small bathrooms in the frame)  I made sure to do a phone screen prior to any showings to ensure they met income requirements, credit check, and just get an initial feeling for why they were looking, how serious they were, and if they'd be respectful tenants.

An iPhone just won't do the trick.

If it is just for getting a feel for it if you know someone with an iphone 12 pro, 13 pro or 14 pro (iphone with lidar) you could have them walk the house with an app called polycam.

Did someone tell him that this iPhone thing would not be the new wave and nobody would pay these data fees for their little phone?

Lastly, I always take good quality resolution photos to show what the property looks like both inside and out because most of my competitors don't upload photos (description only) or they upload blurry iPhone pics, I've had great success in beating my competition this way and hope this helps you out.Best,Garrett
