To be honest, I don't necessarily see myself going full-time into REI anytime soon (I feel that would be counter-intuitive to the time I've invested in a non-REI related degree), but I am set on doing it part-time (the 'ole 9-5 job + REI life) once I graduate.

@Chad Duval In all honesty, based on the area in MA you may be able to charge $50 per month additional for a pet.Typically what we do is make the tenant verify the animal is up to date with a letter from their vet, verify that the tenant has renters insurance with the pet named as an insured and also have them register the animal with the town/city the property is in.

Not complicated, but to be honest, I find that a lot of flippers use sub par listing agents to try and save a few bucks, but end up costing themselves more in the long run by having to hold the property considerably longer.
