A professional inspection is required to determine termites and must be remedied to approve a loan with FHA. did you waive loan contingency? 

This can be telling of how the property will be reviewed once you purchase it, and it can allow for changes to be made early on, if possible, to remedy potential negative situations.

Hopefully the situation can be remedied sooner than later with the appropriate legal action.

The tenant is now asking for me to perform a move out inspection on their move out date and basically give them two weeks of free rent so that they can have time to remedy any repairs we find.

There is some lead on the property that needs abatement or remediation so we need a qualified contractor to make sure we are properly correcting everything.
