just take a QC  and transfer the legal description from current deed.. and have your relative deed to you. and if there is a place for consideration just put 10.00... its on the county transfer form that you need to describe its between relatives not on the deed itself.. at least I have never seen it on a QC and I have done them in many many states.

And under the description of that abbreviation it says Term Dec Interest and nothing else.

Rightly so I would guess based on the description of them that you have provided. 

It is in the right geographic place for it.

Based on your description (some of the bricks not really painted), I would suspect you'd have at least two coats of paint.

Usually, there is a description of the Unit that outlines where the Associations ownership ends and yours begins. 

If you haven't already checked the marketing on Zillow, I would say to make sure its out there and the photos and description are acceptable.

This may not be the most accurate description of property class, but it is one of the most entertaining I've heard.
