Listening to the Audio book of The Book on Managing Rental Properties.

My favorite feature is the virtual account and virtual card options.

I’ve been listening to audio books to get some ideas and every single one recommends getting on bigger pockets.

We currently use Rent Manager for our property management software for our mobile home parks and other rentals, etc, but use QBO as our main accounting books.  

*The big asterisk on this entire statement. be aware many States have bedbug laws on the books now requiring the LL inspect and treat if there is an issue.

You need to not necessarily follow a book to a T, but just basic principles.

Nice user interface, simple to set up, free door lock automation.We migrated to OwnerRez because we wanted a direct booking site and security deposits. 

The initial heartburn of lost reviews will likely be negated by more bookings (because guests don’t often like booking from large companies like Evolve) and hopefully better reviews with you as PM.

Educate yourself with books, podcasts, and courses, and consider partnering with experienced investors for mentorship.
