I have experienced subletting working under some very restrictive and specific conditions.  

My experience, ability to deliver above satisfactory results at an exceptional period of time brought a much appreciated and high value to the deal.

Thank you that is also what I’m thinking but there are so many different answers some refer to financed purchasers having only 60 days to begin occupancy - as a buyer who will not need financing that is where I am finding difficulty - our agent is checking but also getting different answers - I may just call HUD and speak to someone. 

But, it is comforting to see a vast network of experienced investors from whom we can learn and new investors with whom we can share our experiences as we learn. 

Local real estate meetups, REI clubs, and even Facebook groups can connect you with experienced investors and potential mentors.When it comes to finding mentors, focus on providing value; whether it’s offering to help with projects, sharing market insights, or just being a reliable connection.

WHen you are passive investor, you become the dumb money , your money is being misused or mismanaged by more experienced sponsor/operator.

You will get the same reaction from experienced real estate investors.

Prior to these neighbors, the unit above was occupied, and we never experienced any problems.We’ve spoken to management multiple times, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and have taken no meaningful action and even told us that we are making the noise up, inspite security having been to our apartment numerous times wittnessing the noise. 

I am looking for any guidance from experienced investors and professionals.
