I'd imagine once you get bigger and do more deals your network naturally grows and you no longer have to market in those same ways or just naturally grow out of it.

Then slowly grow into bigger things.

There’s demand for rentals in the area, and multi-family properties tend to hold value even in market shifts.New Construction: With SWFL growing fast, new construction is a big play, especially if you can tap into neighborhoods where demand is rising but inventory is still limited.

It is growing like a weed and there plenty of growth left to be had.

Or you can just put it all into the reserve account, growing that to buy your next property and/or for future capex or vacancy/unit make-ready expenses.
