I wouldn't want the tenant to come back and blame you for problems the child might develop from the application of pesticides.In my own home here in Denver, I've bought the little electronic devices that are supposed to repel mice and spiders (I have dogs...and I'm nervous about pesticides mostly because I had a dog a few years ago eat a poisoned mouse and it eventually killed my dog).  

I see in the near future paper money being replaced by electronic credits and if you want to spend some of that new electronic money just press a button on your new tablet and bam you got what you wanted all done electronically.

I give tenants my account number and they can either electronically transfer funds into the account or mail a check to the bank, or deposit the check at a branch location. 

Everything is done electronically now anyway.

I prefer electronic, as there is really good software for PMs now.  

I just thought I had to do it with all the receipts because I am so late and I have to mail it in (usually I do it electronically with no receipts if its done within the time frame allowed).

All the policies I can download and store electronically as well as the bills, so all you need is a hard drive.
