I cannot give a single, straight-forward answer, so I will give the Economist's favorite answer "it depends".What are your borrowing costs?

We don't see any slow down in this growth and almost every economist is projecting Austin, the 11th most populated city in the nation to double in size in the next 20 years. 

In the interview, he and his group of economists economists say that their will be a tsunami of real estate problems in 2-3 years.

The second thing is that rates have already started to dip some, however, most economists I listen to think you have 6 months and then rates will start to climb again and that as inflation comes down the FED will work to get rates back down so you could potentially refinance in a couple of years and then your deal gets a little sweeter.I might recommend a couple of podcasts.

Many people as starting to say that we have reached the bottom, and even the conservative economists like Karl Case, the co-creator of the S&P Case Shiller Home Price Index recently said, “I would bet even odds that we’re at a bottom and that we are going to see improvement in the coming monthsâ€.
