Some will instead poop in the shower, where they can "properly" squat, and squish it down the drain...sorta.

They dump 6 gallons a flush, but all that water keeps the drains clean.

We budgeted $100k and the city came back and required that we add in a French drain (++$10K).  

Maybe you have enough experience or skill to do handyman work too...like painting, unclogging drains, replacing toilets, caulking, etc.

Looks like the condensate drain line needs to be flushed out, which is just a regular PM.
