Baby flippers think contractors are desperate for jobs and treat them like handymen (not that I think handymen are low value, they are also so important) and always say I am going to do so many jobs with you, can you just give me an estimate only to find out the baby flipper has a 10k reno budget and this is a 75k reno and then they think the contractor is trying to juice them because they only think cosmetic and don't understand plumbing, electric, foundation, etc.

I am here in Pennsylvania and desperately looking to get started with my first property.

If you want to learn you need find someone like myself who will sit with you one-on-one, ask you about what you seriously want to do, what you can do and then give you all the tools you need e.g. a business plan, business models and philosophies that help to keep you on a straight path when when you have business problems.You will never get that around a bunch of Big Mouth Wannabes and real estate brokers who are so ignorant and desperate for business they need to go to club meetings to pick on newbies because they don't have the brains to build a company with investors like myself.

Wholesalers generally do better with ignorant and/or desperate one off homeowners. 

Desperately seeking out any tips, tricks, or solutions those more experienced than us in this would recommend to prep the floor for tile in the most cost effective way; keeping in mind the rest of the house is finished, so we are trying to minimize damage to cabinets/drywall etc.

It seemed to attract tenants that thought I was desperate and willing to overlook qualifications listed in ad.

Or “desperate to buy a home, here’s the only palace getting cheaper.”

Why would someone be so desperate to lend when they do not even know me.
