It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.

Across the $1.3 billion of our loans that reached initial maturity over the last 12 months, 42% paid off with 90% of the remaining loans qualifying for extension.......So you're right when saying the capital cost to do loan modification is very custom , in wolfstreet the author mentioned how one JV can continue 4% rate ; but in most other  MF case, the new family loan is 9% ; it seems it's dictated more on how lender positioning their own capital and CRE CLO positioning.

We also can't have renters dealing with the humidifiers as it is a mold problem/foundation issue if it isn't taken care of.We are taking pictures and videos of everything, we have multiple professionals that have documented everything (and told us to lawyer up) and have neighbors that we have already had agree to discuss their  drainage problems when we get a lawyer.

Should I get into contracting with a flipper or custoM home builder for 50k a year 1099 and start my own llc and be a “real estate professional” and learn the ins and outs while making less money at first,  or take a sales job 9-5 that makes 150k a year w2 and build up capital first.
