Unfortunately he had an electrical issue ( that engine must not have mags ) but anyone total power failure coming from Truckee one day he was just entering the 45 and of course  could not make the run way.. and landed in the vineyards which cushioned his controlled crash landing.. minor injuries he was lucky.. plane was totaled though..

To get around this, we now just resort to posting again on Craig's List and it still works like old magic--for finding short term intern, etc. who just need a few wks/months to crash.

I think our price crash was less severe than other parts of the country and we recovered more gradually but also more smoothly.I can’t speak to Worcester or Lowell but compared to the rest of RI, property taxes in Providence are pretty high especially for investors as there is a lower tax rate for owner occupants vs investors.

Other places rent increased significantly like they did in my market (DC), with a ton of homeowners moving over to becoming renters, and their previous homes being in tied up in foreclosure for years, decreasing the available amount of housing.The market crash was what made me go all in on real estate.
