Has anyone been able to build a non-traditional house (storage container, tiny home, modular,etc..) and have it pass under-writing standards?

I know the process is significantly more intense if the current paint contains lead.The kit I used is supposed to turn red in the presence of lead. 

If they could get out of their own way of their own regulation or reduce them for developers and charities to be able to build housing from say shipping containers,  or in older commercial buildings without having to do a full upgrade to modern standards.   

It will be 3 or 4 updated shipping container apartments.

Repellents containing DEET (N,N-diethyl-meta-toluamide) typically used as mosquito repellents are also labeled for use against no-see-ums and can be applied prior to exposure to the biting midges.

There's about a 99% chance that mortgage contains the standard verbiage around acceleration, if the property ownership is transferred.

Also most standard mls contracts contain an automatic or "check the box" addendum for 1031 exchanges. 

Without any more knowledge than what’s contained in your post it’s an envious position to be in and there are a wealth of options available to you ranging from a joint venture to self performing on a new development to long term hold.The only people who will be able to accurately answer your question are a licensed appraiser or a broker(s) who specializes in land or commercial/residential properties.
