She said the engineers still need collaboration.. and of course those working on all those massive machines etc.She said in her office its not possible to have the required social distancing.. so either they buy a ton more office space or have people go home.

We're excited for our first property and aspire to buy several more in the next few years.In the capital district, to my knowledge there are not many meetups or events for local investors but I do want to net work ,collaborate and potentially partner with other investors especially people who own in Troy.

@Logan Ellingson I’d suggest using something cloud based, that makes it easy for 2 people to collaborate.

A quality VA should be considered an investment to help grow your business, someone that will work collaboratively with you to achieve the same end results, not just handle simple tasks (although there are VA's that are great for that as well)
