@Roy N.your comment are extremely true to colder climates. 

I live in a cold climate - in Minneapolis, MN and am just getting started in real estate.

Geographically vallejo is as nice a city as any on the bay( on the water, great climate , napa valley nearby) , demographically is where it fails( crime).

The economic and business climate support this process, and the social factors of our population of buyers lead to them maintaining the houses.

I agree with @Will Barnard in terms of temperate climates and doing an extra layer.

We have an excellent climate in real estate for the coming 4 years take advantage of it.One guy I know is AF he did his first deal while deployed and has not looked back since.Another guy uses his active status to invite potential investors to the military balls, a great way to impress them.I am sure whichever way you chose will be best, good luck and let me know if you need anything.I appreciate the job you are doing.

Concrete it also depends on the climate of where your properties are located.It makes a difference if the property is cool year round, hot , or a mix of the two.Many concrete slabs have imperfections which get expensive to level and finish out into a useable floor.

So this means it will be treated the same as anyone with a mental disability like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Autism, etc..
