Can anyone recommend a cleaner? 

Ok @Damian Spears, so the cleaning fee is paid by the guests, but as an owner we pay the cleaners.

Would of never got into contract if i knew there was issues with purchasing properties that had cleaners in there.

This is cleaner than my apartment!!!!

Service based retail that is hard to replicate online, such as convenience stores, restaurants, QSR, grocery, wireless stores, dry cleaners, medical offices, hair and nail salons, etc can generate strong risk-adjusted yield compared to apartments.

When you pull the tape off, you’ll have much cleaner lines!

On the one hand, its nice that the unit is already cashflowing(though not as much as id like at those rent amounts), but on the other hand, id rather get new tenants that are cleaner and can pay market rent.

I will use a realtor I know to place tenants but k have a handyman, contractor, cleaner, and landscaper that I plan on using.

Then we started running into problems with confusion with my cleaner who had another cabin named Million Dollar View, then confusion with my pest control folks who had another cabin named Million Dollar View and then the ultimate happened.  

Much, much cleaner.
