And I know, I know in perspective it is really not THAT bad of an area...But I was 19 and Grew up in Hudsonville Michigan, We are in the Guinness world Record book for having 146 Churches on ONE Street, I thought everything was shady! 

So in those small towns you might get only 3 to 4 a foot for rent from self storage, church facility, flea market,etc.

The driveway goes through an old abandoned church property that is a tax exempt religious property listed under holiness church trustees.

It is in a great neighborhood, good schools, churches, parks, and amenities including a nearby (walking distance) mall that has grocery and pharmacy needs.I feel like overall this should be a good deal but I'm confused by my negative cash flow in year one.

@Dj Larsen @Michelle Wong  @Kris MarmolIf you folks come up with a time and place in Coco County it would be great to meetup and talk, share ideas and network.I went to a meetup at a church in Walnut Creek a couple of weeks ago that had about 20 people there....in the meetup it said they will teach you how to invest out of state with 9-14% returns.....turns out it was a pitch for a turnkey company that is based locally that has a partnership in Cleveland.

@Timothy Church is the go-to guy on the island, and rentals especially.

After visiting the state website, the only church listed in that name ended over 9 years ago.

I own 14  properties right now, 11 are within 2 miles of my house in Uptown and the other 3 properties are 4 miles away in a great neighborhood and within blocks of where I go to church so I'm over there often enough. 

A church friend owns this and it isn’t on the market.

I think all the money should go into the separate account and there should be a church and state relationship between both accounts.
