I do it all the time and it works like a charm.

The town has a lot of older buildings and houses that have been kept up so nicely, it just oozes charm... anyway, I digress..

Now, if this grade was only encompassing the landlords grade on negligence, slum lording, etc, then you should be operating with an A.

@Tonya KerstThere are many opportunities in the business of Real Estate:Realtor, Broker, Loan Originator, CPA (Real Estate Focused), Attorney (same), Inspector, Contractor, Landscaper, Investor (and all that encompasses).

For the newbies, I say enjoy it because if you succeed it will lose some of its charm.

You make a good case… but I don't think these kinds of maps are all encompassing.

Convincing investors to buy in with you on a 100 unit multi-million dollar property when you have no experience whatsoever would require a sales pitch that only a charming sociopath could get away with.
