Removing a lien is challenging because you need the person who placed the lien to sign off to remove it.

I recognize it is a tough RE market with many challenges.  

I see the price range for these types of properties is between $1 million and $1.6 million, but finding a good deal in this market can be challenging.

And you have to challenge their asking price.

This is a form of coliving property management that fits rent-by-the-room coliving environments, but it would not fit apartment coliving environments.
