It will be the #28 hottest metro market in the nation next year, and will still see rental growth as well, just not to the same degree that Sacramento will grow.For B class areas in Stockton, I would try looking near the 95207 zip code which is essentially the city center, or anywhere near University of the Pacific (UOP).

@Jason RoblesAs someone who is an ACTIVE investor, marketer, and call center owner I think I can offer some advice. 

So far i have been focusing on the offices the closest to me since the area around me has some of the higher priced homes in the area, but im probably going to travel 30mins to some of the offices closer to the center of Tampa, Fl to see what they have to offer.

And, Center township in particular is often shunned outright by many investors and locals.  

(it is on the Kenai Pennensula, Alaska, about 2 miles from the center of town but outside the city limits (if this is any help))
