Especially retail company's that don't have an in house or dedicated tech.I would definitely not enter into anything that's not NNN or 100% maintenance charge back in CAM.

Usually in the leases, they pay a prorata share of Insurance, Taxes, and CAM's (Common Area Maintenance) with the other retail tenants.
