As you scale you don't want a lot of different colors you have to keep up with and I like the ease of going room to room with an edging brush and 18 inch roller laying it on and getting out quick.

I'm looking to brush up on these basics as I continue to purchase more rehab properties so I can have a general concept of what I can and can't do when visualizing a rehab.

I also don't know anyone who hunts squirrel with a bazooka, or who paints a house with an artist's brush.  

My wife's FB gets a lot of our family commenting things like "oh you smart" "have a fun trip leaving" "what are you doing for the holidays" Things that shouldn't be commented on a business post, we do our best to brush it off or delete it and move on.Feel free to DM me and we can talk about it and more you could expect from branching off the beaten path.
