Sadly Cosco has discontinued their oak pattern.It's usually oil rubbed bronze lighting (doesn't show dirt and dust much), antique brass door hardware, stainless and brushed nickel in the kitchen and bath.

And I don't think you can just broad brush "South Chicago" its a huge area and not all of it has 90% unemployment etc.
